PDF orders turned into clean EDI, schedulers, web portals for partners with no EDI at all, invoice and payment automation. The programs nobody sells off the shelf.

Monitoring, retries, archives — and the call at seven in the morning when a partner changes a segment without telling anyone. This is most of the work. It is also why the rest stays invisible: when the mapping holds, nobody notices the mapping.

Who we arePunto IT s.r.o. was registered in Blansko in May 2012. The people behind it have worked in EDI since 1996 — leased lines, X.400 mailboxes, green terminals, when an electronic order was still unusual.
We are deliberately small, and the infrastructure is ours: our own servers, our own mail system, nothing resold. When something breaks at the other end of Europe there is no ticket queue and no first-line script — there is one person who already knows how your interchange is built.
Customers range from multi-site manufacturers to one-person exporters. Volume changes; the problem does not: a partner insists on a format, and it has to arrive correctly every working day. Some have been sending us the same message type for more than ten years.
If you expected stock photos of meetings, gradient buttons and a six-second hero video — that is not this company. We get to the point.
Most of this job is not the standard. It is the exception the standard never planned for.
